Tart, and refreshing, our ginger and lime Berliner Weisse pays homage to the classic 1940s cocktail, the Moscow Mule. A pronounced ginger flavour adds a subtle heat and a lime zest zing complements the kettle sour flavour, striking that elusive balance between spicy, sweet and zesty. The addition of Munich and crystal rye malts replicate the slightly metallic taste of the traditional copper serving mug; though this one you can enjoy in a pint glass! Made in collaboration with Siren.
