Shipping policy

As soon as your order is placed, we’ll send you a confirmation email.

Once the order is ready for dispatch we’ll email you details of your delivery.

Our trusted 3rd party courier will provide you with tracking details once they have your order. You can use the tracking number on their website.

If you are not in when delivery is due, the delivery driver will attempt to leave it in a safe place or with a neighbour.

If this is not possible, a card will be left with details of how to rearrange your delivery. Should subsequent delivery attempts fail the order will be returned to us. This will result in you forfeiting the delivery charge (if applied).

If it is deemed that you made no attempt to contact us or the courier regarding delivery, a further standard delivery charge will be required to re-send the order.

We strongly advise against ordering goods to be left without a signature.

We will not be held liable for any losses incurred in this way. You will be asked to complete a Non Receipt Disclaimer which will be passed to our courier.

Please note that by law we are not permitted to leave any alcoholic goods with any person unable to provide proof that they are over 18.

At peak times it may not always be possible to deliver your order within our standard promise.

If there is a known delay we will contact you with a new estimated delivery date and strive to get your order to you as soon as possible.

DELIVERY SURCHARGES

If your address is not recognised by our courier as UK Mainland, a delivery surcharge will be applied to your order automatically at checkout.

As a guide, surcharges will be applied to the below. 

Please note, in the event of a Free Delivery promotion, the delivery charge will be discounted but the following surcharges will still apply.

It is the duty of the customer to check alcohol deliveries are permissible in your country and to pay any local customs charges or taxes, if applicable. If you decide to reject the order due to a customs charge being applied, we reserve the right to deduct any shipping costs before processing a refund. Cost of the goods will be refunded when they are received back into our warehouse.

In the rare eventuality that your beers have been damaged in transit, we may be unable to replace them. We will deal with this on a case by case basis. Should this happen to your order please email us and we will do our utmost to resolve the problem.
