RETROSPECT

After 4 years of replicating beer styles from around the world we found ourselves craving something a little closer to home. Retrospect is our take on a Yorkshire Best Bitter a style born in our home county. Golden Promise, Crystal, Cara and Amber Malts provide a smoothly flavourful body while a combination of UK, European and US hops give a floral and moreish flavour & aroma. The beer was finished with a West Yorkshire Ale yeast full of fruity esters and with a dry satisfying finish. Retrospectively same but different.
