A dry and pithy interpretation of the popular German hybrid beer style ‘Radler’. brewed especially for the 2014 Borefts Beer Festival. We started with a simple pale malt bill and whole hop Sorachi Ace for a lemony hoppy hit. We then peeled and juiced 50Kgs of fresh lemons and limes and added them in the hopback. Finally we fermented with French Saison yeast & added even more Lemon and Lime for tons of lip smacking citrus character and dry & spicy finish. Get on the Pith!
