HOW TO RUN
After a three year hiatus, it feels oh-so good to be back. Whether you fancy heading to one of our partner venues or just enjoying the experience at home, we've got three new variations on the beer that started it all, Cannonball.
With all that time gone by, we thought you may need a bit of a refresher on how the Cannonball Run works. The concept is simple;
Three big, bold Cannonball variations; all with their own character and flavour profiles. To 'run correctly', you taste all three. Delving into their depths and taking time to deconstruct their differences; what you like and what you don't. All based on slight variations of original Cannonball IPA, they're the same but different.

Human Cannonball
Cannonball’s big brother is back; A return of the hop rocket! More malt, even more hops and magical conjuring to crank up the flavour of our explosive IPA ‘Cannonball’.
Get your tastebuds prepped for pine and candied orange aromas combined with bitter/sweet grapefruit and mango flavours, all complemented by a deeply composed, satisfyingly malty base. Ever wondered what it feels like to be shot out of a cannon? Here’s what it tastes like!
HOP PROFILE: Citra, Chinook, Centennial, Simcoe, Columbus.
TASTE PROFILE: Pine, Candied Orange, Grapefruit, Resin.
Neo Human Cannonball
Meet Cannonball's cousin; this NE DIPA uses a high percentage of oats and wheat in the grist for a creamy smooth mouthfeel alongside a healthy double dry hop of Citra and Simcoe, producing citrus, mango and passionfruit juiciness for your drinking pleasure.
To keep this soft and hazy, we eliminated the bittering hops and transferred the majority of whirlpool hops over to the dry hop to maximise aroma and emphasise rounded, juicy flavours. Fermented with London Fog yeast to carry that amped up hop profile, full nose citrus aroma and soft finish.

TASTE PROFILE: Mango, Citrus, Passionfruit, Tangerine
Super Human Cannonball
Meet the new kid on the block; New to 2022! This Imperial IPA is a nod to where it all began (and then some!), with a little bit more local love included too.
Tropically fruity, fresh resinous hops compete against a composed malty backbone, while a rasping bitterness builds to form magic of the highest degree. What’s more, for every can sold, we donate to Streetbikes, one of the superhumans of our community.
HOP PROFILE: Amarillo, Centennial, Chinook, Columbus
TASTE PROFILE: Pine, Resin, Bitter Orange, Honey
